Health conscious state Oregon is rife with alternating medicine. Its no wonder that the first home colonic irrigation kit was invented by a Doctor from Oregon called Dr Meadows. The first kit consisted of a wooden board with a hole in some rather complex tubing and you needed a second person to conduct your therapy. Now the boards are much more complex. They are mould from high density, hygienic plastic and you don't need a second person to conduct your therapy. You just sit the bucket at a slightly higher height than the board, fill it with water, and lay down. The tube is the smaller than your little finger and you cant even feel like its in place. Once your ready, you release the stop valve and your colon slowly begins to fill with water. Once you have enough water, you can push to let it out and the contents just drop straight into the toilet and can be flushed away.
